Where to buy ignition plate??

Hi guys

Anyone know a good UK supplier for a full ignition plate Inc points condenser s etc? Should I be going OEM?  DS has a genuine new plate for £95 just seems a little steep!!

The Daiichi aftermarket is a lot cheaper, but... the Yanks complain a lot about Daiichi points (can't set them right) and dito condensers.

I have never had a problem with the aftermarket plates DS sells, but it can take longer to get the points gap and timing right. I have also before now had to use shim stock to remove radial play at the mounting points but that goes for both genuine and pattern.

All the fours are the same plate so you should be able to get a decent used one
