I really struggled and ended up buying some from 4into1.com! They where cheap enough so didn't mind paying the tax just took a little longer to get here!!

Beware some jets are cheap and nasty. I am currently rebuilding all of the carbs for my 10 bikes at once, which is a truly awesome task. I got the 400 carb kits from Yamiya in Japan. Not cheap but they include three sizes of pilot jet and three sizes of main jets and look to be very well made. Because I have 25 carbs to do in total I am putting together some airflow gear to test each jet before I use it or to compare the airflow through any pattern parts compared with the originals. Also on the CV carbs I want to compare the airflow through the tiny jets that feed the diaphragm (CB250K and CD125A) and piston (CB450 DOHC). I also want to use this gear to bench set up the carbs as much as possible as some are a pain to take on and off (CB400F for example). This equipment will be described in 'Anoraks corner' once it's up and running.

I can confirm that the  stuff in the link below works well in an ultrasonic cleaner for carb cleaning. It retains the original  iridescent finish to the alloy and doesn't blacken the parts. Beware people who tell you to use washing up liquid etc ...it contains salt and you just don't get the same finish as when use the 'proper' (but somewhat expensive) stuff. Once that iridescent finish is gone ... that's it  :(  (Below are the 500/4 carbs I have just finished after using this stuff. To be on the safe side I used de-ionised water (cheapest source Eurocarparts) .. in a 10:1 mix

Allendale Electronics also sell similar but slightly more expensive and TBH there is nothing to choose between the two...other than price.

No but I got some precision reamers for brass (0.97mm) for a work related job a year or so ago and they were very expensive.

Niko.. I'm out in the garage and for some reason I can find my 100's, 105's 115's which is leading me to think I am actually running the 110's!!!😬

I'm so sorry I honestly thought the 115's were in the bike!

4into1 is the best I've found they shipped quickly and will be here in a week??

Sorry again bud
