That's the same part no. as the K0 & K1 for USA . I got a really nice part from DK (Twowhelspares) for less than it was to re-chrome my originals plus they had one of the bar switches on that I used for parts.
If I may ask. Why would you want US handlebars?
I got 'US' style bars on mine. I was in the same situation, couldn't find originals in a decent condition and price. In the end, because I wasn't fussy about originality, I found the measurements of the originals and bought some from M&P. I think there was 1/2 inch difference. If you like I can dig out the old invoice and find out exactly what they were? AlanHi AlanYes if you don't mind. Cheers Chris Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would prefer to keep it original and plus I think the higher bars would be more comfortable for my aged body.

I think I paid around £35 Best offer for the ones I got. Worth a try....definitely cheaper that importing from USA and returns policy is excellent. You are talking £40-50 to get originals re-chromed anyway in my experience.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CB500-4-CB500F-Four-1972-Handlebars-Handle-Bars-Switchgear-/332252068856?hash=item4d5bc43bf8:g:DX4AAOSwjL5ZNTZ~http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CB500-4-CB500-Four-1972-Handlebars-Handle-Bars-Switchgear-Switch-Gear-/311529029184?hash=item488893be40:g:BiYAAOSwoydWnPlT
