Hi Everyone

I just joined the forum as I'm on the lookout for a tired CB400 to rebuild as a winter project :)

Thanks

Richard

Welcome to the 400four forum from another 400four owner and fettler.  Hope you find something worth having.  Best buy a bike that's all there as the cost of parts can be horrendous and some parts are quite scarce.   Loads of good advice on here, just ask away.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?

Thanks for the advice Mike. Yes I'm looking for something running and complete as at least that way you know what you're starting point is :)

I think pics of my current Vstrom (I've not found my Honda yet!) may get me thrown out ;)

I'm looking for something complete but in need of a full resto really. The current plan is to strip right back to frame (yep, pretty comprehensive!) and rebuild into a flat tracker or similar. I wouldn't want to do that to something in decent original condition hence something tatty and tired would be good. I've looked at a couple of 400's and 250's that have gone for less than £500 so that or less would be good.
