How would you know it was good by running it for a while ?The pistons in the pictures came out of a bike that one of my customer had bought from a well known importer and breakers . Described as a low mileage bike (2,420) which I can say is correct by the condition of the internals and ran sweet as a nut for the first year (700 miles), with good compression until number 1 cylinder started to lose compression due to it had been sitting about for 40 plus years.
