It doesn't say who makes it or show the brackett on silencer but other than that, the exhausts interchange between cb 550's and incedentally cb500's with no problems that I've encountered other than when bracketts from footpeg hanger to silencer go awol. Of course with all exhausts it's a possibility that some changes to jetting may be needed. Some aftermarkett manufacturers say rejetting isnt needed with their systems but that all depends on what the exhaust is replacing I'd geuss :-\
Got a 500/4 with rust and a sidecar and loadsa bits. nice and original and been round the clock

Can't look at eBay during office hours so can't see the picture.

However, if your 77/78 is a K3 and the 75 is an F1/2 then it will fit the frame but don't forget that the K3 carbs are totally different and set up for 4-4, not 4-1

If cheap, always worth a go!

One problem you may have is the MOT as officially it has to be as quiet as a standard bike with an exhaust in good order, and that one looks a bit "open" to me. Does depend on your relationship with the tester tho' as some say that VOSA are way too strict and some stick to the letter of the law

I've got a Marshall system on my F2. It was fitted to a K3 but the silencer is stamped 500f.

It went onto mine with just a change to the bracket.

Before I got the Marshall I was looking at a Motad system.

They list different systems for the K and the F and this is probably down to the K having a 4 into 4 system and the F a 4 into 1 and there being different carb set ups for each machine.

The one on Ebay doesn't sound very cheap especially if it's not the right system for your bike.

Might be worth trying to find out who the manufacturer is and which machine it was actually made for.
