Weird Mistry Fairing

Has anyone any idea what this is? Someone in my village bought it at an autojumble but we don't know what it's off .

I don't think the diagram looks anything like the real thing. The picture shows the seat area open and those little blue foot pegs would fit a child's shoe better than any size 11 boot. Also, the back of the drawing shows it going right down to the rear fender, where the real thing stops at what would be the back of the seat. Can you fit in it 🤔😂😂😂😂
