Mirror Vibration
« on: August 08, 2009, 08:35:08 PM »
Just been for a day out to Bodelwyddon Castle and am getting fed up with the vibration on the mirrors, I did put some old rubber damping blocks on but above about 65 mph they are useless.
Apart from slowing down, any cures/suggestions out there ?

Cheers

Hi Den, i'm in the same boat as you i have some aftermarket mirrors on my F1 (emgo ) i think they are? and they vibrate like mad and the left one starts to turn in once you get over 70 ???,   on my older 750 i have some mirrors that magnify the traffic behind you so it looks like the cars behind are right up yer arse :o, and my Kettle has the damping blocks on & original suzuki and its okish, cheers Mick.
