Ah thank you. 247****CB750E seems to point at 1976 k6, frame didn't seem to be there, CB750G101****. Wonder what the G is? Trying to work out what happened when, is anorak end fun. First Registered in 82 it continues to give itches to scratch.

That should be a DOHC and not a SOHC. Little bit of a confusing bike any pictures ? I think i see a CB750F2 SOHC with a G in the VIN but, i am more in to the pre 1976.

Just looks like someone has switched the engine and painted it black.
