The front discs & calipers from a CB900F2B/FD will fit the CB750F2 without any modifications.
The throttle from a Honda XL250S (23" front wheel) makes a good quick action throttle on the CB750F2. The cables also fit the 250 parts, but the nipples on the handlebar end need to be dressed down slightly in thickness.
