cb750f transmission cover
« on: December 09, 2009, 01:31:23 PM »
Hi,  I've got a transmission cover on my '76 cb750f which has a small piece broken off. I've got a replacement part, but this one doesn't have the gear positions on it... does anyone know which version is correct for my bike model? See pics

The one with the numbers is a later one. I think these were introduced in 1974 for the US market (K4).

No numbers is obviously the earlier of the two.

Cheers

Is that so the Americans could check the gearchange by leaning over and taking a long look?   8)

Why is it always that corner which breaks off. I have one just like that from my F2.
