I think that the quote appears in the "Performance Portfolio" on page four, part of the introduction.

It might appear elsewhere in that book too.

Didn't quite make it that far - stayed around Danby then towards Fryup. If I had not looped back I would have passed through Rosedale Abbey...

Just had a ride to Chapel St Leonards , sun rain and a vicious hail storm. Got wet through and frozen. Can't even take refuge in a pub yet. :D
