Must be an old Honda racing tank from the IOM TT!!!!!!  Smack it to reduce volume for scrutineering????

That would be a pretty good way of smuggling drugs if one was that way inclined,
why a hack saw blade , do you think the previous owner thought in years to come some one would find it and laugh there arse off

If the tank is solid, I suspect that most of that dent could be pulled out
