U. S. Ahead lights are made to dip to the right (straight into oncoming traffic here in UK) Usually it is the fluting (ridges) in the lens that are set to direct low beam, so no, replacement is the only real option. The good news is, they are a standard 7 inch headlight as used by millions of cars until very recently, so there are many pattern ones out there (think Landrover defender, original mini, Morris Minor etc) also DSS does a single one for less than £30.
