Original are a type of plastic and use a seperate "top hat" thrust washer. You can happily replace with brass ones.BE CAREFULL the collar wears more than the bushes and costs a lot, last i saw were over £80
The old ones pulled out with my fingers!Do you sell a better option PM me when you can if you do.
The bush ought to be a tight fit in the swingarm, then a felt sealing washer, then a shaped phenolic piece where one bit goes into the swingarm with a bigger diameter that acts as a side thrust for the swingarm then a shaped steel cup washer. If the bushes pulled out easy they were either the wrong ones or badly fitted by a po, normally you have to destry them to get them out
To remove swingarm bushings I take 3 washers that fit in the swingarm. I grind a flat on opposite sides of the washers so they will fit through the bushings. Drop them into the swingarm so they are laying on the inner edge of the bushing below. Then I use a metal rod to hammer out the bushing by pounding on the washers. Once you have the washers made it only takes a few hammer hits to drive out the bushings. It is way easier than cutting with a hacksaw blade. You need three washers so they don't bend while you're beating on them.
