Build what you like I am not going the 'restoration' route with my 750. I am not throwing away anything that was good....but bars,seat and exhaust were all scrap, so a build that uses different bits where you want isn;t spoiling anything. You are just putting another bike back on the road rather than letting it rust away to oblivion

Dont just bin the bits you take off, even in poor state they can be worth a bit
