Where to get cables with the proper color-coding now?

Anyone know where I can get thin-walled 1mm² stranded conductor, PVC in Black with White tracer in relatively short lengths (i.e I don't want to buy a full reel).

And no, sources for specific cabling and connectors are pretty limited; best sources appear in UK and the US...
