Yes that looks an authentic K0   (well CB250 Super Sport really .. no such bike as a K0) UK bike Tim .. correct forks, TYPE 1 on points cover, correct K0 hubs, guards (rear has been chopped off though at the back) etc... Should have low rise bars though.

I would hazard a pretty good guess that was originally supplied by Freddie Frith's in Grimsby  when new  ;)

Genuine piece of Japanese Bonzai tree to hold the seat up, don't see that very often
