Why do you need wheels, cant you replace rims? Good luck finding brackets

F1 or F2 brackets, they are different. The F1 has loops for gaiters and protruding male thread for indicators and the F2 has no loops and welded female stubs.

I know where there are a pair of NOS F1 brackets.

If the rear wheel has a cracked brake lining (and a lot do) you can get them repaired by someone not that far away from you IIRC.

Thank you all.  Will check if I have the F1 or F2 re brackets.  Rims are tempting but a little hesitant about fitting the new spokes although I have just watched a video on how to do it....  it does looks tricky though.
