The clutch, brake and kickstarter pedals are all chromed as standard, yet you said you weren't doing anything chromed?Points cover is also chromed.Top and bottom of carbs are not chromed as standard. Don't do the oil pump, you can't see it when fitted so why take the risk of anything getting left in there. They'll be some who say don't do the cylinder head or the carbs, I've bead blasted both of these on numerous occasions and never had a problem. So long as you clean them well beforehand and afterwards they are ok. However it's your choice. Bead blasted hundreds of pistons, they do come up great. I'd add the exhaust collets to the list.
