150 for 15 worked a treat, didn't even need the wood block it just fell out. Dropped the new bearing in whilst it was still hot then cooled quickly with compressed air. The other end of the shaft was the opposite, put the bearing in the freezer for and hour and it went straight into it's housing in the lower crankcase. Job done.
