If so, most engineering supplies should have stock like the above with no handle added to the basic file.

Thanks Nige, have seen similar and will order a round handle piece such as yours once I better know the file / handle lengths - which I’ll guesstimate on arrival of my ‘kit.

Bit late but if you can a flay diamond file it works better, they are out there

Cheers Bryan. Haven't bought anything yet, tho’ any file will never be used in anger; it’s only job to complete the toolset and look OEM. (Until such time I can find an original)
