Cylinder heads

Quicky question. I believe that F heads are not compatible on K series engines. Is this true? Could a K1/K2 head be fitted to an F1 and work or would there be problems??

Sort of, best (easiest) way to say it is pistons complete need to go with head to keep CR correct

Thought it was something like that. I was watching a 750 motor that had F1 number, but looking at the picture it had an early head so was unsure weather to bid or not.
