Back to searching the internet for some parts,
Looking for standard UK handlebars for a 1977 CB750F2, they do not have to be Honda, I have just bought some from eBay but they are not quite right when I put them up against my trashed standard pair.
Also and this may be rocking horse poo, looking for some seat trim, I do not have measurements for it so could not search everywhere.

Cheers

Hi Spitfire
I did some resreach for so seat trim for my Honda CB550K3 the only place I could find anything close was "woolies" who are a car trimmer specialist
If you go on Ebay shop Pisa555 has a pair of handle bars for a Honda CB550 ( not sure if they are similar) the handle bars he's got are rare as the wiring goes down inside the handles it also comes with the switches but they are missing the little black plastic switch pieces on each side
His email is James.rinadi1@btinternet.com as this would save him the Ebay fees

James has a stack of bikes he is breaking so he might be able to suggest a pair of handle bars to suit I brought a Honda CB550 engine from him last week

Hope this helps you

Thanks for that, I'll have to try Woolies, the bars on the F2 are plain ones without internal cables, I tried measuring them up and ordered some on eBay, they will do but are not quite right.

Cheers

Hi Dennis

When I was there he had two engines so possibly he has 2 cb550 he's breaking He got so many bike parts all neatly stored & he had a bucket of parts from a 550 that he yet to go through so you might be lucky its worth a email.

I have put his email in the last msg for you
