Temporary fuel tank
« on: October 08, 2022, 11:41:36 AM »
Hi all. Any tips on buying a temp fuel tank for balancing carbs etc?
There was link on a post from a while back recommending one, but it no longer works.
Any info gratefully received.
Cheers. Harold

Did you find a T piece Simon - I will need one for my 500 - it's finding the right size?

I got this - should have got a 6mm as I got a 5mm and had to use cable ties to make sure I wasn't going to leak  ::)

I bought a Sealey temp fuel tank. Comes with fuel hose, clamps and a fuel tap.
Was about £20 a few years ago. Perfect for the job. 👍

I adapted an old bleach bottle, plumbing connector and hose, but had to buy the tap!
