Condensers fast vs slow

Just got a new multimeter that shows one type of condenser charges and discharges much more quickly than another. Both charge and discharge fully, just one is quicker. Can anyone confirm which, if any, is preferred? Many thanks

Sure it’s this one on Amazon. It has good reviews and seems well built. It has a built in stand and magnetic holder effect.
Below it is a pretty handy tutorial on YouTube for a similar one. Mohms seem key which my old broken one didn’t have.

I’m sure there is more to the technical side of this but as a basic diy test it looks helpful.
