All I can add is NEVER buy a bike in boxes to restore unless you know the the seller / bike. I did this years ago and found out (to the detriment of my wallet) how hard it was to rebuild.

I have a bunch of 75k1 parts left over from my first build.

Fenders, turn signals, seat pan, gauges, etc

What are the major differences between the 74 and 75 US models where I wouldn't be able to replacw parts of needed for a resto?
