Wow that is massive news. The Irish take bike racing so seriously.

Went to the NW200 a few years back. Fantastic event, beautiful place but most of all the people are my lasting memory.

Have it on my bucket list to do one of the small meets. (As a spectator)
One day I'll have the time to restore it, not just talk and dream....

That's a real kick in the slats for all the fans and racers. Very late in the day! Most will have booked ferries and accommodation already. 😡
