Presumably the advance retard is still operational and not locked ?
Anyway, to set after removing, looks like its got a red led on plate and usually you'd set the crank to 1:4 F Mark, then turn the electronic plate until the led is going off or on with crank in that position. That shoukd set it for all functions.
Double check is to strobe it when running to see if it's stable at that F 1:4 mark.
That should be it. There's no 2:3 set on some like this as that's fixed by the ignition plate having geometry of trigger exactly at 180 degree to match cylinder offset between 1:4 & 2:3 from crankshaft design.
