Genuine Honda as you can see the Honda stamp in the plastic, it looks like something the USA got that we didn't. I've seen the snorkel fitted to certain European countries but never that odd looking filter over.

No idea what the big balloon looking thing is.

Looks identical to part of the airfilters from the GX series engine, got a few in my workshop
