General part number decipher

Already trying all evening to find a post where part number code's for general parts are explained. How can one tell if a hex bolt is chromed or zinc plated from the part number?
General part numbers have this format:
xxxxx-xxxxx-yy

I am interested in the YY designation. I've seen 4J, OA, OB, O2, O7 etc. I am assuming that OB means chromed. Is that correct? And does this also apply on nuts and washers?

Each of those codes stand for something like chrome, black, bzp, etc. There may be a list of what stands for what but not sure I’ve ever seen one.

As far as I know 0A is zinc plated, 0B is chrome painted , 4J is stainless steel (SS is rare on old Hondas  but  such things as the CB750K0 gauge clamp and exhaust heatshield retainers are stainless. e.g. 93500-05020-4J

There is also a -01 and -02 extension on spoke set part numbers .. some spoke nipples  are  nickel plated brass  (CB450K0 bomber, CB92 etc) and most are  carbon steel with zinc or nickel/zinc plating.
 
Different nomenclature on frame parts -XW is chrome, -B is black painted etc.

07 seems to be black with captive spring and flat washer.

Regarding the spoke nipples i know that early CB750K2 had zinc plated and yellow passivate whilst later ones were blue passivated.

C= Nickel Plate
3= Nickel Plate
H= Zinc Plate (Yellow)
8= Zinc Plate (Yellow)
J= Untreated
9=Untreated
G=Black
7=Black
