No way will that fit it's a 21" rim and 360 is 18"

Yes that one is 317 part equivalent and will fit disc brakes front wheel

Honda CB125 TT 1990 (USA)
Honda CB200 B 1974 (USA)
Honda CB200 T 1975-76 (USA)
Honda CB250 B3 (Japan)
Honda CB250 B4 Europe
Honda CB250 G5 (KPH)
Honda CB350 B3 (Japan)
Honda CB350 F Four 1972 (USA)
But not the 360. although the size and spoke numer are the same.

It seems fairly common that parts from retailers do not always list all variants of makes & models that they fit.
I would message the supplier & ask them to double check they will fit your 360.
Might just be that they are cosmetically different but will fit.

I did message the supplier before I posted and the answer was'nt helpful - they didn't know.
I did find this other Honda supplier in the Netherlands and they have the same part number in D.I.D. listed for a CB360.

Its quite a bit more expensive too, but I guess you play more for D.I.D

If it fits a G5 it fits the 360
