Clutch pinion gear

Can anyone confirm (or not) that this is the correct spacer for the clutch pinion gear please.
ID 22mm
OD 30mm
Width 13.5mm

I also need the pinion gear itself (No 10} if anyone has a spare they dont need. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

I think Ive answered my own question re spacer. It is the right size, but still need pinion.

Is it for a 500 or 550 as they are different

As Bryan says, the gear is different between the 500 and 550, not sure whether it has 1 tooth more or less, think 1 tooth more for the 500. You'll know if it's wrong as it won't mess with the clutch basket if you get the wrong one.

You looking for one Gary? probably got both lying around.

Sorry for late reply, had to rush a mate to hospital, he's OK but 5 hours of my life gone. Mustn't complain he got excellent treatment and a diagnosis of potassium deficiency, so all good.

Back on track, yes its for a 500 and if you have a spare one Ken Ill happily pay you for it.

Let me have a look Gary. Trouble is I have some 550 engines apart and I'm not 100% sure which is which.

Parts book says 23 teeth Ken

Found a 24T one and weirdly a 26T one, no idea where that's come from.

No 23T ones yet.

Well its def 23t, so if you do find a surplus one Id like to buy it.
There is no rush though as Im only just in the process of sorting out all the bits and pieces.
