Just a quick question, will a brake pedal from a K2 fit over F1 exhaust?

I think that would depend on whether it was a 550F frame or a 500K frame, I know for a fact that the 500 brake pedal won't fit over the 550F exhaust if using a 500K frame, the 500K pedal is tubular whereas the 550F is flat metal in order to gain clearance.

I have a NOS 550F brake pedal for sale in the sales section. Last one of 3 I bought when a Honda shop closed.

Bryan, bike is 500/550 not 750, wrong section, I presume that is.

That is the same frame as 500 so it will physically fit but you wont know if it will clear till you try it, if its a genuine F exhaust it could well be worth selling on and getting a new system.
I do know it would NOT fit if useing the 550K3 as i did that once for my nephew and had to cut and reweld the pedal

ok cheers for that, I have a perfectly serviceable pedal at present but is not chrome just a dull alloy but don't want to spend £35 on a DSS pedal if it don't fit

Post a pic of the part of the frame where the brake pedal pivot goes through. If it's as I suspect it's the same as the 500 then I'm afraid it won't fit with a 550F exhaust, I know, I tried it back in the 80s.
