Not sure if it helps but I had issues with the wrong spacers on my 500 K0 frame - the wheel was to the right of centre I have now fitted as below standard ones in SS from Max.

My brake side spacer is 45 mm - chain side is 32 mm I believe if you have 500 hubs they are the standard size.

The distance on the swinging arm at the ends should be 242  ;)

Well thanks guys, but I just found one. Ted I also found that one you kindly offered. I really must get more organised Ive got stuff all over the place.

It sounds nerdy but I made an Excel Spreadsheet with the location & contents of all my parts - I even turn the item description into pale grey print  when I have fitted the part or it's on my bike ramp - took me a couple of hours over a couple of days to do the list.

I still sometimes mislay an item as I was initially lazy with sub-box contents - I'm retired so have plenty of admin time on my hands.

I print a copy off every few weeks that I use in the garage then update when I have made lots of progress or moved stuff into parts grouped boxes etc. It has saved me hours most weeks as I can usually go straight to the right shelf & box.

I cant be trusted with a spanner, so a lathe is a real no no. :)
