I would not pay that much for a non runner, opening up that motor could cause real pain to the wallet, my bike sat for 10 years, and looked fine until I started stripping it, it then turned into a money pit. So one that has sat for 30 years would be scary.

Appears to be all there, I guess you'd go and look at it if you were serious.

Like anything at will have it's own value to who-ever wants it, I was speaking to someone the other day that lost 18k in two years buying a new chrysler voyager yikes!! you could get two of these and pay for a build and still not reach that amount.

Also it would still come in under many newer bikes to buy and repair AND hold it's eventual cost for years if looked after.

Will (Freddy) imports a lot of stuff from the US. Have a look at his other items.
He does however realy know the CB750's and has a few very very nice ones in his hall.
May be a bit pricy, but you could always try an offer. Go and have a look, if only to see his other bikes.

Looked this morning and the sale had been pulled. Obviously someone wanted it badly enough and had the depth of wallet to do so.
But I still think it was way overpriced for a non runner.

I would prefer something restored...working/mot/warrantee/history...I do know that www.classicbikes.co.uk had a Red K0 for sale same months ago and weather the price indicated of 12k from 'freddy' was this one, I am not sure.
