Interesting looking tool - I'll stay with paint this week.

Be good to hear how it works if you go for it.

Very interesting and a good idea, thinking well outside the box on that one.

The only thing I think I should mention is that that's clearly something like a Harley engine, the alloy used on those is much better than Japanese alloy, which TBH is pretty crap. I don't expect the same results on Jap alloy that he's getting with much better alloy, however I'd be interested to see how it pans out.

Not much use for me as my barrels and head are ceramic coated satin black. But if it works I may be able to use the idea on some other part of the engine.

Ted, I have 3 'dead' cutters for my multitool so will have a go next week if I can find a spare moment....
