It’s not like there are any special tools required………..except patience. I’ll get her all buttoned up and prod the start button later

Before Ken gets in and refers to you as "that special tool".....

Well done mate I think I would have spat the dummy well before.

Had a similar situation with putting a table circular saw back together last week. Table would not bolt down on the base and there was a gap of about 7mm that would not close up.Turns out there was a couple of locating bracketts with a spigot that keyed into the saw unit itself, allowing the blade tilt function.  They were upside down! I was well pissed mucking about for over an hour taking it to bits and reassembling. Then my lad pipes up and points out the issue. That was after me giving it "I've been alive along time and know these things". It really racks him off so I constantly  say it but boy did he enjoy thay one!
One day I'll have the time to restore it, not just talk and dream....

See what you’ve done there Tim, you’ve woken it up haven’t you

Here’s that joke I told Ken the other night when we were having a chuckle on the phone.

“How do you know ET comes from Stockport?”

“Because he looks like he does!”

Made I laugh

Hey ET would be the looker on our estate Roo, we'd be looking at him going "Who's that fella, he must be an alien he's so good looking"

Saying that though, when I saw Roo in the flesh, images of villagers running around with torches and pitchforks came to mind. That's what Roo stands for Tim, Remains Of Others.

Roo is the only person (And I say that with tongue in cheek) that has 7 passports, when he enters the USA he needs to produce them all, having 7 sets of DNA, the customs blokes know him by now and have nicknamed him "Franky"

What tankard does Roo drink his beer in? A Stein of course.

You want me to go on???  :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

 ;) ;)
