Rip off!
« on: July 17, 2023, 05:08:13 AM »
I just went downstairs to fill the squirrels boxes and saw Elen stood there stark naked, someone had stolen the new bike cover I bought for her a few weeks back and I had to use the old one again.  :o  If I find out who it is I'll go around their place and steal their bed clothes!

Yes - I had next doors garden umbrella join me in the garden yesterday following one of the gusts. I had been weeding in one's corner, went inside for a drink and when I wen t back out there was an umbrella. Took me a while to work that out as it's very similar to ours, which was still in its place.

This was very intriguing until I realised Elen was a bike!😳🤣🤣 Stole the cover and left the bike? What’s the world of crime coming to? 😂

Now it's turned up again,  :o  tightly rolled up and put under the stairwell, I know for a fact it wasn't me. Maybe someone is trying to clear their conscious, or making sure there isn't a tracker on it...or...or...

Have a bit of faith in people. Some saw it either coming off or off knew where it came from and put it somewhere safe

To a Tramp (are we even allowed public use of that definition now?  Or has it been  subsumed and amalgamated into the whole lgbtqtmgbgt movement in grabbing every perceived marginalised grouping that can be rounded up ) that would look like a very effective cover for sleeping out under the stars, especially if it had one of those luxury fleece type lining under all those waterproof properties.  :)
