I have two silencers in good condition externally, looking at the internals i can see an internal pipe, on one the gap between this and the outer wall is larger, is that a problem. Also i took out some mangled what looks like a gasket or seal from inside the pipe, i'm assuming its a gasket which comes with the "clamp and gasket" set but it seems quite soft.
