This girl is pretty amazing - she seems to be able to do most parts of a restoration herself:

Not bikes but there was a small rural car repairers near my parents home going back 35 odd years.
It was a father & daughter firm she was trained by her Dad & also attended college she ending up a brilliant vehicle technician.

I suspect all the bits that cause problems are edited out.
