Loved this old bike, handled quite well too (better than the 750/4) Had rickman fairing and Dunstall tank/seat unit. the exhaust can i bought from Pride and Clark in Stockwell, it was a straight through short reverse cone megaphone...Made a great noise and fire at the back on overrun Police didn't like it too much but i never used to stop back then

That looks like around the back of Druids at Brands Hatch back in the days when you could drive right around that part of the circuit & park up.

Steve had a Rickman fairing on his 500/550 as did I on my 750F2. But when I kept on bashing my knees on the trailing edge of the side of the fairing I knew that when I used it on my later version I cut it down to 2/3 of the 3/4 fairing.

True about the knees, but handy when it rained, I used to tuck my knees inside the fairing to keep them dry  Talking of Brands back then, you used to to be able to do a track day (afternoon) for

I think you could check the reg is still active, taxed etc? Cannt recall the site. Anyone here a former owner of kpk***k  Cann't recall the number bit of the reg but sporting a nice megaphone style Dunstall exhaust

My old 500/4 was last taxed in 2002 so it must be:
a) dead and buried, or
b) SORNed and in a barn somewhere
