Hello is there anybody that can tell me where spring and ball bearing is situated on 400four carbs that lock choke in closed position many thanks in advance Tam

They are behind the choke lever. Easy to see when you take the lever off.
Careful you don't lose any parts when dismantling.

That tiny ball bearing indent can fly out, so dismantle carefully!
