Bill Lomas that's a name from the past- I think a branch  was in Derby although I can't remember where they were exactly - they had places on the way to Chesterfield. A lot of bike dealers moved out if the Town or City locations due to high rates etc in the late 1960s &:1970s plus they demolished a lot of terraced houses to expand the city center.

Does anyone recall the name of the bike garage in Trinity Lane Beverley? Probably closed in the early 90's. It was a classic old workshop/ shed - I used to get oil and other bits from them.   It's all houses now....for yuppies...

I've got a few Queens Park Motor stickers still left on my Snap On tool box. Still look new TBH.

    I have an old roll of  Alan Watson Motorcycles, Dewsbury somewhere. Honda dealer on Bradford rd Dewsbury  it was just down the road from

I think there is only one bike shop in Beverley now and that's RM Motors. There used to be one called Brentano I believe and also 'The Nutter Brothers' who stove enameled my 400/4 frame.
