Good Samaritan!
« on: February 22, 2024, 05:29:56 PM »
Just when I was pondering over the best solution for a fuel tank for my old 550, there was a knock at the door. This arrived. Not even a delivery charge!😂 Complete with lid, flap with lock and fuel tap. It does need a bit of repair but should be a good tank when sorted. Thanks very much Ian!
I’ve been in contact with Frankie who is going to take a look at it.

As do East Yorkshire folk including ex-pat Orcade-Ian

We've been here just over 18 years and I have to say we've never before met such a friendly and helpful bunch of folk, so moving an item on that was needed by someone else (and no longer by me) was an easy decision.  Apart from that, it will save Christine lifting it over the side of a skip after I have shuffled off 🤓.
