CL350 carbs
« on: March 12, 2024, 02:37:06 PM »
Hi,
My CL350 needs carbs refurbished or replaced.
All the kits seem to be Chinese and David Silver only has a few genuine parts.
Any advice on where to buy genuine spares (rare I know) or where to get refurb done.
Thanks.
Mark.

Agree with Bryan .. if original Keihin brass-ware then re-use if possible.
Also check your carb rubber diaphragms for splits.
Also check the little rubber bung that blocks one of the ports ... they sometimes go really hard.

In addition to the above do yourself a huge favour and invest in a 2ltr ultrasonic cleaner and some carb cleaning fluid from Allendale products. A 2 litre cleaner is big enough for a single carb.
