HI i just bought Honda cb750f1(1976)trying rebild my bike somehow ,With 70.000miles sounds scary.Paper work includet 1978-2006,3years not used on road,for example old m.o.t,all billing info,service job.Run for this age brilliant One question why engine do the hrhrhr when is engine run?I was follow video on you tube and all bikes do the same noises.I will put some pisc,tomorrow.Thanks for any answer.Sorry about writing,live in central europe.

HI Carlos welcome to the site, i have an F1 as well, i have got it sitting there in boxes awaiting restoration one day, the good thing is most parts are easy to come by for these machines, the sohc have a sound all of there own it has been described as a sowing machine noise, i quite like the noise of these engines, dont let it put you off
