Is there anyone out there that specializes in 750 engines , spares, rebuilds, etc

Do you want to do it yourself?
If so there are some excellent places to buy parts right here in the UK. The best is probably www.davidsilverspares.co.uk but there are others (and one or two in Holland/Germany.  You can get help and advice from here or from www.sohc4.net

I'm with Steve, the SOHC engine is not really that complicated, and with the aid of a manual such as Haynes or Clymer, you can achieve a lot. and there is a lot of satisfaction (as well as frustration) to doing it yourself.
