Hi All,
I have a CB550f2 in bits and want to know:-
Is fitting a 650 cam is a good idea?
What is the best electronic ignition?
Where do I get a full set of electrics (15 years in the rain)i.e. Rectifier, Regulator,Solenoid,Fuse box, Capacitor.
The electrics don't have to be original there going in a chopper.

By the way the frame I built in a lot lighter then the original.

use a superdream reg rec apparently, There are a few different systems for electric ignitions, just be sure that the coils and ignition system are matched, think some newer replacement boyer systems replace the coils too. Boyer are uk made and have a good reputation. Vehicle wiring products for fuse boxes and wires.
