Hi from Liverpool

Hi folks, i've just aquired a 1977 cb550 from a customer whos husband had just passed away. This will be only the second Honda ive owned since my 1st bike, a ss50 i bought back in 1975.

It looks like the old guy who had it had looked after it well, apart from cleaning the carbs it fired up nice and sounds pretty good, im hoping to m.o.t it next week and use it as my daily bike for the summer.

Looking foward to reading all your posts on the forum and learning as much as i can about the Honda's.

Im hoping to get it m.o.t'd this week, cant wait to get it on the road it seems like ages since i road a bike.
I have to say (after slowly trawling through the posts) i think the forum is great, i havent watched much telly since i joined
I have a few other bikes im building at the mo (not Honda's) so should i post some picsof them as well? or is that taboo
